Couhaib Driouech is set to fly to Glasgow this afternoon as Rangers close in on completing his transfer from PSV Eindhoven.
Dutch journalist Joost Blaauwhof reports that the winger will travel to Scotland today at around 3pm, with his medical examination scheduled to take place immediately after his arrival.
If no issues are discovered during the medical, Driouech is expected to sign a four-year contract with Rangers.
The official announcement would then follow shortly afterwards.
Blaauwhof also reports that PSV will receive €8 million for the 24-year-old, with Rangers having reached an agreement with the Dutch champions for the transfer.
That figure is in line with previous reporting from the Netherlands, which stated that PSV had agreed an €8 million deal with Rangers and that Driouech was set to sign a contract running until 2030.

The transfer represents another significant addition to Derek McInnes' Rangers squad, with Driouech arriving after an impressive two-year spell at PSV. He will become the Gers tenth summer signing.
The Moroccan winger joined PSV from Excelsior in 2024 and made 61 appearances across all competitions, scoring 12 goals and providing 10 assists.
His European experience will also be a major attraction for Rangers, having featured in the Champions League during his time in Eindhoven, scoring a memorable chip against Liverpool at Anfield.
Driouech's arrival follows Rangers' decision to step up their pursuit after their initial approach for the winger was rejected.
The Ibrox club ultimately won the race for his signature despite interest from elsewhere, with Celta Vigo among the clubs also attempting to secure a deal.
The deal is now dependent on Driouech successfully completing his medical and putting pen to paper on his Rangers contract.
Should everything proceed as expected, the winger will become the latest addition to McInnes' attacking options as Rangers continue their recruitment drive.
Rangers have already added Daisuke Yokota to their squad this summer, while Driouech's arrival would provide another option in the wide areas.
Driouech to miss Europa League clash
However, despite the timing of his arrival, Driouech will not be available for Thursday's Europa League second leg against Jagiellonia Bialystok because of UEFA's registration rules for the qualifying round.
His Rangers debut will therefore have to wait, with the immediate priority now completing the medical and contract formalities before his move can be officially confirmed.
