James has been writing about Scottish football for a decade, including stints with Shoot!, the Daily Record, WATP Magazine, Rangers News and Got The Battle Fever On, travelling across the UK covering the first-team and B team. A lifelong Rangers fan, James attended his first game at Ibrox in 1994 - a 2-0 win over Kilmarnock - and he still counts the first time he reported on a match at Ibrox as one of the best of his life.
