Rangers return to action tonight as Michael Beale’s Gers face Swiss side Servette in the second leg of their Champions League qualifier, with the Light Blues holding a slender one-goal lead.

After a comfortable 4-0 win over Livingston at the weekend, there’s a bit more confidence amongst Rangers fans as the Ibrox side look to set up a Champions League playoff against PSV or Sturm Graz.

Goals from James Tavernier and Cyriel Dessers at Ibrox a week ago gave Rangers a 2-1 aggregate lead – although Chris Bedia’s penalty made things a bit more difficult.

Servette go into the game after a 1-1 draw at home against St Gallen at the weekend as the Swiss side look forward to a near-30,000 sell-out inside the Stade de Genève.
