Rangers FC Director of Recruitment Nils Koppen and Manager Philippe Clement have been busy across the summer transfer window.
They have attempted to reshape and rebuild the squad so the club might once again be able to challenge for the Scottish Premiership crown but their budget can best be described as modest.
Still, 11 news players have joined—some have extended their stay—while others have left for pastures new, either on loan or permanently.
