Bojan Miovski admitted his brace felt like the reward for weeks of quiet graft, insisting that Rangers fans are now beginning to see the version of him he always believed he could deliver.
Fresh from his two goals in the 3–0 win, Miovski said the feeling was one of relief and validation.
“It feels good,” he said.
“I’ve been working really hard behind the scenes, and when you give everything, the goals eventually come.
“Tonight I scored two, and I want to keep going.”
The striker has endured a stop-start spell at Ibrox since arriving, with limited minutes last season stalling his rhythm.
He believes that is now changing.
He said: “I didn’t have much game time last year, so I was just trying to build consistency and get my sharpness back.
“Now I’m starting more, I feel better, I feel sharper, and I want to continue like this.”
Miovski stressed that nothing for a striker matters more than rhythm.
He said: “Every player wants minutes. When you’re playing regularly, everything becomes easier.
“I’ve now had three starts in a row, and hopefully it keeps going.”
Asked whether the fans are finally seeing the real Bojan Miovski, he nodded with a smile and said: “Confidence comes from playing more, but also from understanding my teammates.
“We didn’t have much time together because of international breaks and a heavy schedule.
“But now the chemistry is improving, we’re learning each other’s movements, and it’s starting to show.”
Miovski also welcomed the return of Mikey Moore, whose cameo against Kilmarnock added another dimension to the Rangers attack.
He said:“Mikey is a top player - there’s a reason he is at Tottenham.
“He helps us a lot, he showed that again tonight, and it’s great to have him back.”
On the frustration supporters have expressed this season, Miovski was philosophical.
“That’s football. When you don’t win, fans are angry - it’s normal everywhere,” he explained.
“We focus on improving. When you win, you’re the best; when you lose, you’re not. That’s life in football.”
The striker also praised new manager Danny Röhl and the clarity he has brought.
He said: “He’s a great coach with great experience.
“Even when we don’t have much time on the training pitch because of the schedule, he uses videos and meetings to show us where to improve.
“You can see we’re getting better.”
Miovski highlighted that every area of the team contributed to the victory, picking out Jack Butland for special praise.
He said: “Jack is a top-level goalkeeper.
“He’s been at the highest level and he still shows it. I’m never surprised when he makes big saves.”
With Rangers form improving, Miovski refused to make bold declarations but didn’t shy away from the ambition.
“There’s a lot to play for - win one game and you’re right in the race, lose one and you’re not.
“We want to be up there, but we need consistency.”
His message was simple: keep clean sheets, create chances, stay relentless.
“If we maintain this standard, we’ll be where we want to be,” he said.
