Rangers have drawn into Group C of the groups stages of the 2023/24 Europe League alongside Real Betis, Sparta Prague and Aris Limassol.
The first round of fixtures will take place on September 21, concluding on December 14 with the top two teams in the group advancing in the tournament, with third place dropping to the Conference League.
The draw represents a favourable one for Rangers, with another trip to Seville as well as the Czech Republic and Cyprus for fans to look forward to.
Real Betis qualified for the competition having finished 6th in last season’s La Liga, whilst Czech champions Sparta Prague helped ensure Rangers entered the draw in Pot 1 having disposed of Dinamo Zagreb in the Play-off qualifying round.
Aris Limassol won last season’s Cypriot First Division for the first time in their history but, like with Sparta, dropped down from the Champions League third qualifying round before deposing of Slovan Bratislava by virtue of a 6-2 second leg victory.
Rangers will be hopeful that European football after Christmas at the very least, with their recent record in the competition will mean that confidence will be high that they will be able to finish top of this group.
